We started Acadiana AI after a few years building production AI systems in places where a confident wrong answer costs real money or hurts real people, mostly in healthcare and insurance.
That shaped how we work. We'd rather something be reliable than flashy, and we won't push you to scale anything we haven't measured first. We only build from scratch when the tools that already exist genuinely can't do the job, which is rarer than people expect. Most of the time the simplest thing that works is the right answer.
We're named after Acadiana, the Cajun part of South Louisiana where we're based. The roots are here in the Gulf South, but the work goes wherever the clients are.
